What is Your Daily Plan of Operation? Or as some call it your “Action Plan?”

Here is the problem with most people:

They get up, get the coffee, watch the news, take a shower, feed the dog, go get ready, grab another cup of coffee and then sit down at their computer 9-9:30am. Then, the FIRST thing they do is check their email accounts, get rid of all the junk go through the “pertinent” stuff, respond to a few emails, write a few new ones and generally hang out in email world for another hour.
